What is patentable?l : |
|
|
|
|
|
According to the above law, an invention is any product or procedure that is new, that entails an innovate activity, and that may be applied to industry. |

Term of an invention patent : |
|
|
|
|
|
The duration of the patent is considered as of the date of submission and total 20 years for invention patents and 10 years for Utility models.

International conventions : |
|
|
|
|
|
Argentina adheres to the Paris convention and therefore acknowledges 12-month period of priorityo claim for a foreign invention patent or utility model in our country.
