what is a model or industrial design?: |
|
|
|
|
|
According to the above law a model and/or industrial design is the shape of appearance incorporated into or given to an industrial product for ornamental purposes.
|

Registration will be in force for five years as of the date of its granting, and may be renewed for two consecutive five-year terms, up to a total of 15 years.

Argentina adheres to the Paris convention and therefore acknowledges 6-month period of priorityo claim for a foreign model or industrial design in our country.
